1.20.2006 I'm having a hard time finishing my pasta tonight (aka there's an oil spill in my pasta)


Not quite sure what makes my garlic squid seafood pasta the colour of tar but I think I'll turn the lights off to eat it. It tastes really good despite itself.

I think it's actually more green than black... I might be being a bit dramatic... I think it's just because there's so many dark green veggies going on in there that it gives it that crazy colour... but maybe... maybe squid ink.

For the life of me I can't remember where it was that I tried pasta with squid ink... Italia or maybe EspaƱa? The flavor has a slight tang to it.
